Hello and welcome to my web site. My name is Robert and I graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 1996 with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Electronics Engineering Technology. I have been working on Networking, Computer Repairs and Web Design Since I started at ITT Technical Institute.

I work with lots of people every day that have problems on their computers and I’ve come to find out the problems are normally avoidable if the tasks I list on this site are used properly and regularly. I decided I wanted to help people save time and money by teaching them how to do these things for themselves so that’s the reason for this site. Hopefully the information I provide you on this site will be useful to you and save you some headaches in the future.
